We want to make you enjoy offering you the best activities on our paradise island, listening to you and adjusting to your needs as much as possible.<\/p>\n<h2>Cancellation policy:<\/h2>\n<p>With MenorcAventura you can cancel or modify your reservation for justified reasons and we do not charge management fees. Our policy is as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Up to 7 days before you can cancel with the right to a 100% refund.<\/li>\n<li>From 7 to 3 days before the reservation you will be entitled to a refund of 80% of the total amount of the reservation.<\/li>\n<li>From 24 to 48 hours before the reservation you will be entitled to a refund of 70% of the total amount of the reservation.<\/li>\n<li>Less than 24 hours is penalized with 100% of the total amount of the reservation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In the event of not being able to carry out the reserved activity due to weather conditions beyond the control of both parties or serious health or family reasons, a discount voucher would be generated for the amount paid for the change for the same activity or any other that we offer. . In the case of having to cancel it and not being able to enjoy it later for justified reasons, the service could be reimbursed.<\/p>\n<p>If you rent a boat, and the weather conditions affect the activity once it has started and during the first hour, the client would assume the minimum cost per service, which is 60 euros. The service can be rescheduled again at no cost, or you will be entitled to a refund for the difference.<\/p>\n<p>In any of our rentals, in the case of returning earlier due to weather conditions or force majeure, there is the option of enjoying the difference in hours on another day with better conditions.<\/p>\n<p>The company does not assume any refund in the case of returning at any time for personal reasons once the activity has started.<\/p>\n<p>In the case of hiring a kayak route, if the weather conditions are not favorable in the planned area, there is the possibility of changing the place, day or time of departure. In the case of changing places, the departure would take place in Cala Mol\u00ed (north of the island). When making the reservation you agree to the change for the performance of the service, whenever possible.
