All the practices are multi-level, accessible to the public, and it is also carried out adapting it to each person.

The classes are guided so that there is freedom and progressive progress according to the level of each one. It does not matter if you have never done yoga, dare, there is always a first time and it is a unique experience where we can combine discipline with fun.

When we are practicing SUP yoga, certain muscle groups are worked, especially the abdomen, back and buttocks. Abdominal strength is developed to execute each of the ancient positions on the SUP board to find balance and connection with oneself. On the water and in direct contact with nature we awaken all the senses.

The shared SUPYOGA session is reconfirmed once reserved, since we need a minimum of 4 people to carry it out. Indicate in your reservation what your availability is to be able to schedule it.

Joint warming

This is a series of gentle exercises to prepare the joints for movement and reduce the risk of injury during yoga practice.

Hatha yoga postures or asanas

Hatha yoga is a form of yoga that focuses on the practice of physical postures (asanas). In a SUPYoga class, different hatha yoga asanas adapted for practice on a stand-up paddle board can be taught.


In this part of the class, exercises are performed to tone and strengthen the muscles of the body, which helps to improve stability and resistance on the paddle board.

Breath Pranayama

In a SUPYoga class, different breathing techniques can be taught to improve concentration, relaxation and performance on the board.

Mini Anapana Meditation

Meditation is a mindfulness practice that can help reduce stress and anxiety. The Mini Anapana meditation technique focuses attention on the breath as the object of meditation.

Greetings to the sun

The Sun Salutation is a series of asanas performed in sequence, helping to warm up the body and prepare it for yoga practice.

Balance poses

In a SUPYoga class, you can teach different balance poses adapted for practicing on a stand-up paddle board.


Mantras are words or phrases that are repeated during meditation or yoga practice to help focus the mind and connect with a state of peace and tranquility.
